Submit a Work Order

 

Here is the basic usage of the tool.
 

Step 1:     Go to http://ds1.sdale.org/techrequest 
Step 2:     Login using your normal userid and password.
Step 3:     Choose "Create a Work Order" on the left.
Step 4:     Verify the information (you do not have to verify their IP but do have to their building)
Step 5:     Choose the room you are in if the room is not there they can choose unknown or the closest.
Step 6:     Choose the computer via serial number, SPS number or the "My Computer is not Listed" or   "Not a computer Problem"
Step 7:     Describe their issue
