SWJH Mini-Gym – 23 Oct 2014

From approximately 11:30 until complete.

This clinic is for students and staff ONLY.  No family members who are not staff or students at SWJH.

NO FLU MIST IS AVAILABLE FOR ADULTS.  Only the elementary schools be given the mist this year. 

Forms are available in the SWJH front office or nurse's office. Forms must be filled out accurately and completely or the vaccine will not be given. This includes full name of student or staff, DOB, address AND insurance information (if any).

There will be an informational meeting about possible implementation of an Early Release schedule this Thursday in the SHS Seminar Room from 5:00-5:30 p.m.  Please join us!  We are seeking parent input.  At the conclusion of the meeting please join us in Bulldog Stadium as the Cougars face the Lakeside Golden Eagles.  8th grade will kickoff at 5:30 p.m. and 9th grade will kickoff at 7:30 p.m.
